QD-2000-series semi-rigid, adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio is designed to protect wire harness splices and components from environmental damage, forming a moisture and fluid barrier. It operates from -40°C to +130°C, shrinks at a minimum of 110°C, and fully recovers at 135°C. Specially designed to protect splices and joint of wire harness, and components against environmental damage. 4:1 shrink ratio allows it to easily fit a wide range of components, and thicker adhesive coated layer forms an effective barrier against fluids and moisture.
Used in wiring harness splice sealing and is moisture proof while having a self-extinguishing flame retardancy.
