QD-2000 series adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing provides 4:1 shrink ratio and protects wire harness splices against moisture and environmental damage. It has a recovered inside diameter of 5.72 mm, wall thickness of 1.27 mm, and adhesive thickness of 1.20 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +130°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C and full recovery at 135°C. The tubing is flame retardant, UV resistant (black only), RoHS compliant, and meets UL 224 for cold bend, ISO 6722-1 for flammability, and GMW 17136 for leak resistance. Tensile strength exceeds 10.4 MPa, elongation is at least 250%, and volume resistance is greater than 10¹² Ω·cm.

Used in wiring harness splice sealing and is moisture proof while having a self-extinguishing flame retardancy.
