QCS-200 is a silicone rubber coated fiberglass sleeving designed for use in extreme temperature environments from -73°C to +200°C, offering high flexibility, abrasion resistance, and durability. It meets NEMA Grade A, B-1, C-1, C-2, and C-3 voltage ratings, with dielectric strength up to 8000V min. average for Grade A. The sleeving complies with MIL-I-3190/6 (Grade A), UL 1441 (Grade A), NEMA TF-1 Type 5, and ASTM-D372 standards, and passes UL VW-1 flame resistance. It is RoHS compliant, available in natural or white, and has a tensile strength of 1500 psi and 800% elongation. The sleeving is supplied in standard lengths with inside diameters ranging from 0.027 in to 1.036 in and wall thicknesses varying by grade.
