QCS-155 is an acrylic-coated fiberglass sleeving for electrical insulation in motors, transformers, and commercial equipment. It operates from -25°C to +155°C and is rated for NEMA Grade A (7000V), B-1 (4000V), C-1 (2500V), C-2 (1500V), and C-3. It resists acids, organic solvents, oils, and water, and meets MIL-I-3190/3 (Grade A), UL 1441 (Grade A), NEMA TF-1 Type 6, and ASTM-D372. It passes UL VW-1 flame test for Grade C-3 and is RoHS compliant. Tensile strength is 850 psi, elongation 150%, and tear strength 60 psi. Wall thickness ranges from 0.006 in to 0.025 in, with inside diameters from 0.027 in to 1.036 in. Packaged in 36-inch lengths with varying quantities per size.
