Qualtek Electronics Corp. Bus Bar Insulation Protection Tubing 24kV QBTM-100/40-SS15M

QBTM-100/40-SS15M is a medium-wall, heat-shrinkable bus bar insulation tubing rated for 24kV, designed to enhance insulation in switchgear and substations. It is made from halogen-free, radiation-cross-linked compound with operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and minimum shrink temperature of 120°C. As supplied, it has an inside diameter of 100mm andwall thickness of 2.8mm, shrinking to 40mm inside diameter with flat shape. The tubing is supplied in 15-meter continuous lengths. It is UV and weather resistant, RoHS compliant, and meets dielectric strength greater than 19kV/mm, tensile strength over 14MPa, and elongation over 800%. Flammability exceeds an oxygen index of 25 and shows no copper corrosion per UL 224.
