QBTH-95/30-QB1000MM is a heat-shrinkable, halogen-free bus bar insulation tubing rated for 36kV, designed to enhance insulation in switchgear and substations. It has a recovered inside diameter of 30mm and a wall thickness of 4.0mm in round shape, supplied in 1000mm cut lengths. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 120°C. The material exhibits dielectric strength greater than 19kV/mm, tensile strength over 14MPa, and ultimate elongation exceeding 800%. It is UV and weather resistant, RoHS compliant, and shows no copper corrosion per UL 224.
