QBT-75/30-SS15M is a medium-voltage heat shrink tubing for bus bar insulation in switchgear and substations, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio, operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, and minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. The tubing has an as-supplied inner diameter of 75 mm, recovered inner diameter of 30 mm, and wall thickness of 2.6 mm, supplied in a flat shape on a 15-meter spool. It is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and meets dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, tensile strength greater than 11.8 MPa, and elongation at break greater than 500% after aging at 120°C for 168 hours. The product resists copper corrosion and cold cracking, with water absorption below 0.5%.
