QBT-50/20-SS15M is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable medium-voltage insulation tubing designed for bus bar protection in switchgear and substations, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 50 mm and a recovered inside diameter of 20 mm with a minimum wall thickness of 2.5 mm, supplied in flat rectangular form on a 15-meter spool. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It meets RoHS compliance, exhibits dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, volume resistance greater than 10^13 Ω·cm, and passes flammability testing with an oxygen index greater than 25. Copper corrosion, cold bend, and water absorption tests show no degradation under specified conditions.
