QBT-40/16-SS15M is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable insulation tubing for 11-36 kV bus bar applications, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 40 mm, wall thickness of 2.5 mm, and recovers to 16 mm inside diameter. The tubing is supplied in 15-meter spools and operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It complies with RoHS and exhibits dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm, volume resistance greater than 10¹³ Ω·cm, and elongation at break greater than 700% after aging at 120°C for 168 hours. No copper corrosion or cracking occurs under specified test conditions.
