QBT-18/6-SS15M is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable medium voltage insulation tubing designed for bus bar protection in switchgear and substations, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio and rated for 11-36 kV. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 18 mm, recovering to 6 mm with a 2.0 mm wall thickness in a flat shape, supplied on a 15-meter spool. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. The tubing meets RoHS compliance, exhibits dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, and shows no copper corrosion after aging at 120°C for 168 hours. Tensile strength exceeds 11.8 MPa, and elongation at break after aging remains above 500%. Cold bend and water absorption tests confirm integrity at -40°C and under 0.5% moisture uptake, respectively.
