QBM-75/30-SS15M is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable medium voltage insulation tubing rated for 11-24 kV, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio, designed to enhance bus bar insulation in switchgear and substations. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 75 mm, recovers to 30 mm, and a minimum wall thickness of 2.0 mm in flat shape. The tubing is supplied on a 15-meter spool. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It complies with RoHS and exhibits dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, volume resistance exceeding 10^13 Ω·cm, and passes flammability testing with an oxygen index above 25. Tensile strength exceeds 11.8 MPa and elongation at break exceeds 700% after aging.
