QBM-65/25-SS15M is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable insulation tubing designed for 11-24kV bus bar applications, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 65mm, recovering to 25mm, with a minimum wall thickness of 2.5mm and a flat shape. The tubing is supplied on a 15-meter spool. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It meets RoHS compliance and exhibits dielectric strength greater than 20kV/mm, tensile strength exceeding 11.8MPa, and elongation at break greater than 700% after aging. The material resists tracking, arcing, copper corrosion, and cracking at -40°C, with water absorption below 0.5% and oxygen index greater than 25.
