QBM-40/16-SS30M is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable medium-voltage insulation tubing rated for 11-24kV, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 40mm, a recovered inside diameter of 16mm, and a minimum wall thickness of 2.0mm, supplied in a flat shape on a 30-meter spool. The tubing operates from -55°C to +105°C, has a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C, and is RoHS compliant. It exhibits tensile strength greater than 11.8 MPa, dielectric strength above 20kV/mm, and elongation at break exceeding 700% after aging at 120°C for 168 hours. The material meets flammability requirements with an oxygen index greater than 25 and shows no copper corrosion or cracking after cold bend testing at -40°C.
