QBM-25/10-SS30M is a heat-shrinkable, halogen-free medium voltage insulation tubing rated for 11-24kV, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio and a continuous length of 30 meters. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 25mm, recovering to 10mm, with a minimum wall thickness of 2.0mm in a flat profile. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It meets RoHS compliance, has a dielectric strength greater than 20kV/mm, tensile strength exceeding 11.8MPa, and elongation at break greater than 700% after aging at 120°C for 168 hours. It passes cold bend and copper corrosion tests and has a volume resistance greater than 10¹³ Ω·cm.
