QBM-235/75-QB1000MM is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable medium voltage insulation tubing rated for 11-24 kV with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio, designed to enhance bus bar insulation in switchgear and substations. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 235 mm, a recovered inside diameter of 75 mm, and a wall thickness of 3.3 mm in a flat shape. The tubing is supplied in 1000 mm cut lengths. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It is RoHS compliant and meets dielectric strength requirements exceeding 20 kV/mm, tensile strength above 11.8 MPa, and elongation at break greater than 700% after aging. Flammability exceeds an oxygen index of 25, and it shows no copper corrosion or cracking under cold bend and water absorption tests.
