QBM-100/40-SS15M is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable medium-voltage insulation tubing rated for 11-24 kV, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio. It is supplied in continuous flat tubing with an as-supplied inside diameter of 100 mm, recovering to 40 mm, and has a minimum wall thickness of 2.0 mm. The tubing is designed for bus bar insulation in switchgear and substations, operating from -55°C to +105°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It complies with RoHS, exhibits dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, tensile strength exceeding 11.8 MPa, and elongation at break above 700% after aging. Packaging is on a 15-meter spool.
