Semi-rigid, adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio, designed to protect wire harness splices and components from environmental damage. It has an inside diameter of 4.45 mm when fully recovered, with a nominal wall thickness of 2.40 mm and adhesive thickness of 1.35 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C and full recovery at 135°C. Meets flame retardant requirements, is UV resistant in black, rated for 600V, and is RoHS compliant. Standard colors are black and clear.

Specially designed to protect splices and joint of wire harness, and components against environmental damage. 4:1 shrink ratio allows it to easily fit a wide range of components, and thicker adhesive coated layer forms an effective barrier against fluids and moisture.
Used in wiring harness splice sealing and is moisture proof while meeting FMVSS 302 flammability
