Semi-rigid, adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio, designed to protect wire harness splices and components from environmental damage. The tubing has an inside diameter of 12 mm when recovered, a wall thickness of 1.90 mm, and an adhesive layer thickness of 1.05 mm. It operates from -40°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C and full recovery at 135°C. It meets 600V voltage rating, is flame retardant, UV resistant (black only), and RoHS compliant. Tensile strength exceeds 10.4 MPa, elongation at break exceeds 250%, and it passes heat shock and cold bend tests without cracking. Standard colors are black and clear.
