Qualtek Electronics Corp. 2.5:1 Anti-Tracking Insulation, Halogen Free Heat Shrink Tubing QAT-54/24-SS15M

Heat shrink medium voltage insulation tubing with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation protection in applications such as cable terminals and power circuit breakers up to 36kV. Made from halogen-free, radiation-crosslinked polyolefin, it operates from -55°C to +105°C with a minimum and full recovery temperature of 110°C. The tubing has a recovered inside diameter of 24mm and a minimum wall thickness of 3.0mm, supplied in 15-meter flat spools. It meets RoHS compliance, exhibits tracking resistance per ASTM D 2303 at 3.75kV for 1 hour, and maintains dielectric strength greater than 15kV/mm. Tensile strength exceeds 11MPa with elongation at break greater than 400%, and it passes cold bend and copper corrosion tests.
