Heat shrink medium voltage insulation tubing designed for up to 36kV applications, made from halogen-free radiation-cross-linked polyolefin with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio. The QAT-40/12 variant is supplied as a 48-inch cut length with an inside diameter of 12 mm and a wall thickness of 3.0 mm in round shape. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum and full recovery temperature of 110°C. It meets RoHS compliance, has dielectric strength greater than 15 kV/mm, and passes tracking resistance testing at 3.75 kV for one hour. Tensile strength is 11 MPa with elongation at break exceeding 400%.
