Heat shrink medium voltage insulation tubing with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation protection in cable terminals, load break switches, and power circuit breakers up to 36kV. Made from halogen-free radiation-cross-linked polyolefin, it has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, a minimum and full recovery temperature of 110°C, and is RoHS compliant. The tubing has an as-supplied inside diameter of 30mm, a recovered inside diameter of 10mm, and a minimum wall thickness of 2.8mm in a flat shape, supplied in 15-meter continuous lengths. It exhibits dielectric strength greater than 15kV/mm, tracking resistance passing 3.75kV for 1 hour, and meets IEC 93 flammability requirements with an oxygen index greater than 25.
