Dual wall, adhesive lined, flexible polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio, designed for moisture protection in automotive wiring, shipping cables, and bundled wires. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 19.0 mm and recovers to 4.45 mm, with a nominal wall thickness of 2.15 mm and adhesive thickness of 0.8 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 80°C and full recovery at 110°C. Approved to UL File No. E236137 and CSA File No. 242540, with VW-1 flammability rating and 600V voltage withstand. Meets Sony-SS-00259 and SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/4.

Features/Application
Heat shrinkable dual wall adhesive lined tubing is manufactured by co-extrusion of polyolefin and hot-melt adhesive. It is designed to provide both insulation and sealing for protection against water and moisture of auto wires, shipping cables, metal tubes and bundled wires.
