Dual wall, adhesive-lined, flexible polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation and sealing against moisture in automotive wiring, shipping cables, and bundled conductors. Operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 80°C and full recovery at 110°C. Has a nominal wall thickness of 2.15 mm and an inner diameter of 24.0 mm after shrink, supplied in 48-inch cut lengths. Meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/4 and Sony-SS-00259, and is approved for VW-1 flammability and 600V voltage withstand. Tensile strength exceeds 12 MPa, with elongation over 400%. RoHS compliant. Heat shrinkable dual wall adhesive lined tubing is manufactured by co-extrusion of polyolefin and hot-melt adhesive. It is designed to provide both insulation and sealing for protection against water and moisture of auto wires, shipping cables, metal tubes and bundled wires.
