Dual wall, adhesive lined, flexible polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio, designed for moisture and water protection in automotive wiring, cables, and bundled conductors. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 80°C and full recovery at 110°C. Inside diameter as supplied is 4.8 mm, shrinking to 1.5 mm. Wall thickness is 1.00 mm with 0.5 mm adhesive, supplied in 100-meter spools. Standard color is black. Features/Application
Heat shrinkable dual wall adhesive lined tubing is manufactured by co-extrusion of polyolefin and hot-melt adhesive. It is designed to provide both insulation and sealing for protection against water and moisture of auto wires, shipping cables, metal tubes and bundled wires.
