Dual wall, adhesive lined heat shrink tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio, made of flexible polyolefin for moisture and water protection in automotive, shipping, and bundled wire applications. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 80°C and full recovery at 110°C. Standard color is black. Meets UL File No. E236137, CSA File No. 242540, VW-1, and 600V voltage withstand with no breakdown at AC2500V for 1 minute. Complies with Sony-SS-00259 and SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/4.

Features/Application
Heat shrinkable dual wall adhesive lined tubing is manufactured by co-extrusion of polyolefin and hot-melt adhesive. It is designed to provide both insulation and sealing for protection against water and moisture of auto wires, shipping cables, metal tubes and bundled wires.
