Q2-Z series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronic applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2, carries VW-1 and 600V ratings, complies with RoHS, and contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE. Cadmium content is less than 5 ppm and lead less than 10 ppm. For the 8.0 mm as-supplied diameter variant, the recovered inside diameter is 4.00 mm, wall thickness is 0.56 mm, and standard packaging is 100 meters per reel.
