Thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronics applications. The tubing operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. It meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC for 1 minute. It is RoHS compliant, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, with cadmium below 5 ppm and lead below 10 ppm. The as-supplied inner diameter is 8.0 mm, shrinking to 4.0 mm after recovery, with a wall thickness of 0.56 mm. Packaging length is 30 meters. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white.
