Q2-Z series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronic applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant rated, and withstands 600V AC. It is RoHS compliant, contains no PBBs, PBBOs, or PBBEs, and has cadmium and lead content below 5 ppm and 10 ppm respectively. For the 3/8 inch nominal recovered inner diameter, the as-supplied inner diameter is 9.5 mm with a wall thickness of 0.56 mm. The product is available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Packaging length for this size is 100 feet.
