Q2-Z series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, shrinks at a minimum of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBB, PBBO, PBBE, and contains less than 5 ppm cadmium and 10 ppm lead. For the 3/4 inch nominal size, the as-supplied inside diameter is 19.1 mm and wall thickness is 0.80 mm, reducing to 9.5 mm inside diameter after recovery. Standard packaging is 50 feet per length. The material is environmentally friendly and available in multiple standard colors.
