Q2-Z is a thin-wall, heat-shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2, is VW-1 flame retardant rated for 600V, and complies with Sony SS-00259 and RoHS. It contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, with cadmium under 5 ppm and lead under 10 ppm. The 3/16 inch as-supplied inside diameter contracts to 0.56 mm after recovery. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Packaging is 100 feet per spool for this size.
