Q2-Z thin wall heat shrink tubing is a flame-retardant, environmentally friendly tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, carries VW-1 and 600V ratings, and complies with Sony SS-00259 and RoHS. It contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, with cadmium below 5 ppm and lead below 10 ppm. For the 28 mm as-supplied diameter variant, the recovered inner diameter is 14.00 mm and wall thickness is 0.90 mm, with 50 meters per roll. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white.
