Q2-Z series thin-wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio and is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronics applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC for one minute. It is flame retardant, RoHS compliant, and free of PBB, PBBO, PBBE, cadmium (<5 ppm), and lead (<10 ppm). Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white, it is supplied in lengths up to 100 feet for sizes up to 6.4 mm inside diameter when recovered. The product is flexible and exhibits tensile strength exceeding 14 MPa and elongation over 400%.
