Thin-wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. Meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, with VW-1 flammability rating and 600V voltage withstand. RoHS compliant and free of PBB, PBBO, PBBE, and toxic metals. Cadmium content is less than 5 ppm and lead content less than 10 ppm. Available in standard colors: black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Inner diameter as supplied is 5.00 mm, collapsed diameter is 2.50 mm, and wall thickness is 0.56 mm. Standard packaging length is 100 feet per bag.
