Thin-wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronic and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, and complies with RoHS and Sony SS-00259. It contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, with cadmium under 5 ppm and lead under 10 ppm. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. The as-supplied inside diameter for this variant is 1.0 mm, with a wall thickness of 0.50 mm, contracting to 0.33 mm after recovery. Packaging length is 200 meters.
