Q2-Z series thin-walled heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio and is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronics applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC for one minute. It is RoHS compliant, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, and has cadmium and lead levels below 5 ppm and 10 ppm respectively. The 16 mm as-supplied inner diameter reduces to 8 mm after shrinking. Standard packaging is 50 meters per spool. Approved materials and environmental compliance extend to Sony SS-00259 requirements.
