Thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronics applications. Operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. Meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant rated, and withstands 600V. Complies with Sony SS-00259, RoHS, and contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE; cadmium content is less than 5 ppm and lead content less than 10 ppm. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. The tubing has an as-supplied inside diameter of 12.7 mm and a recovered inside diameter of 6.4 mm, with a wall thickness of 0.65 mm when shrunk. Packaged in 15-meter lengths.
