Q2-Z thin wall heat shrink tubing is a flame-retardant, environmentally friendly tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, sheds at a minimum of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC for one minute. It complies with Sony SS-00259, RoHS, and contains no PBB, PBBO, PBBE, cadmium under 5 ppm, or lead over 10 ppm. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. For the 10.0 mm as-supplied inside diameter variant, the recovered inside diameter is 5.00 mm, with a wall thickness of 0.56 mm, supplied in 100-meter lengths.
