Q2-Z thin wall heat shrink tubing is a flame-retardant, environmentally friendly product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronics applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. It meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC for one minute. The material is free of PBB, PBBO, PBBE, and contains less than 5 ppm cadmium and 10 ppm lead. It is RoHS compliant and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Dimensions for the 100mm length variant are 5.0mm as supplied and 2.50mm after recovery, with a wall thickness of 0.56mm before and 0.56mm after recovery. Standard packaging is 30 meters per bag.
