Q2-Z-series thin-wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronic applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 rated for flammability, and supports 600V voltage withstand. The product is RoHS compliant, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, and has cadmium and lead content below 5 ppm and 10 ppm respectively. For the 1.5 mm as-supplied diameter variant, the inside diameter is 1.5 mm and the recovered wall thickness is 0.36 mm, supplied in 200-meter lengths. The material formulation and safety ratings apply across the series.
