Q2-Z is a thin-wall, flame-retardant heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronics applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, shrinks at a minimum of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, has VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC for one minute. It is RoHS compliant, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, and has cadmium and lead levels below 5 ppm and 10 ppm respectively. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. The 1/2 inch as-supplied diameter corresponds to a 0.65 mm wall thickness and 25.4 mm inside diameter when unruffled, with a recovered inside diameter of 12.7 mm. Standard packaging is 100 feet per coil.
