Q2-Z series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 flame rated, and rated for 600V. It complies with RoHS and Sony SS-00259, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, and has cadmium and lead content below 5 ppm and 10 ppm respectively. The 1/16 inch nominal inner diameter as supplied contracts to 0.80 mm after recovery, with a wall thickness of 0.36 mm. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. Packaging is 100 feet per coil.
