Q2-Z series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronic applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC for 1 minute. It is RoHS compliant, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, and has cadmium and lead content below 5 ppm and 10 ppm respectively. The part number Q2-Z-1 1/4-01-SS100FT corresponds to a 31.8 mm inside diameter in the as-supplied state, shrinking to 15.9 mm, with a wall thickness of 0.90 mm after recovery. Standard packaging is 100 feet per spool. The series is flame retardant and compliant with Sony SS-00259.
