Q2-Z series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in automotive and electronics applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant rated for 600V, RoHS compliant, and contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE. Cadmium content is less than 5 ppm and lead content less than 10 ppm. The part number Q2-Z-1 1/2-04-MS50FT corresponds to a 38.1 mm as-supplied inside diameter, 19.1 mm recovered inside diameter, 1.02 mm wall thickness, and 15.24 m (50 ft) length, mounted as cut pieces.
