Q2-Z series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio and is designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant rated, and withstands 600V. It complies with RoHS and Sony SS-00259, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, and has cadmium and lead content below 5 ppm and 10 ppm respectively. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. The as-supplied inside diameter for the 1.0 mm size is 1.0 mm, reducing to 0.50 mm after recovery, with a wall thickness of 0.33 mm. Packaging length is 50 feet per spool for this size variant.
