Q2-LS series thin wall heat shrink tubing, with a 2:1 shrink ratio, is designed for heat-sensitive applications requiring low shrink temperatures. It is made of halogen-free polyolefin, operates from -55°C to +125°C, shrinks at a minimum of 65°C, and fully recovers at 95°C. The tubing meets SONY-SS-00259 and carries CSA File No. 242540. It is RoHS compliant and black in standard color. The 3/8 inch as-supplied inside diameter corresponds to a 4.8 mm minimum recovered inner diameter and 0.6 mm wall thickness. Packaging is supplied in 250-foot lengths.

Features/Application
Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
