Q2-LS thin wall heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free polyolefin product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components due to its low shrink temperature. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 65°C and full recovery at 95°C. The tubing has a recovered inside diameter of 9.5 mm and wall thickness of 0.8 mm for the 3/4 inch size. It meets SONY-SS-00259, is RoHS compliant, passes FMVSS 302 flammability, and carries CSA File No. 242540. Standard color is black. Tensile strength exceeds 12 MPa, elongation exceeds 400%, and dielectric strength is greater than 20 kV/mm. Copper stability and corrosion resistance are certified per UL 224.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
