Q2-LS-3/4-01-MS50FT is a 2:1 shrink ratio, thin wall, halogen-free polyolefin heat shrink tubing designed for applications with heat-sensitive components, requiring low-temperature activation. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 19.1 mm and a recovered wall thickness of 0.8 mm, with a minimum shrink temperature of 65°C and full recovery at 95°C. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C. The tubing meets SONY-SS-00259, is RoHS compliant, passes FMVSS 302 flammability, and is certified under CSA File No. 242540. Features/Application
Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
