Q2-LS is a thin-wall, halogen-free polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components due to its low minimum shrink temperature of 65°C and full recovery at 95°C. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, meets SONY-SS-00259, is RoHS compliant, and has a standard black color. For the 3/32 inch as-supplied inside diameter, the wall thickness after recovery is 0.5 mm, with a standard packaging length of 48 inches per bag and 25 pieces per bag. The tubing passes flammability test FMVSS 302, exhibits dielectric strength >20 kV/mm, and shows no copper corrosion per UL 224. Tensile strength exceeds 12 MPa and elongation exceeds 400%.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
