Q2-LS series heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free, flexible polyolefin product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, begins shrinking at 65°C, and fully recovers at 95°C. The tubing meets SONY-SS-00259 and has UL File No. 242540, is RoHS compliant, and passes FMVSS 302 flammability. It has a tensile strength exceeding 12 MPa, elongation over 400%, and dielectric strength above 20 kV/mm. The 3/16 inch as-supplied inside diameter corresponds to a 0.5 mm wall thickness after recovery, supplied in 48-inch lengths with 25 pieces per bag.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
