Q2-LS is a thin-wall, halogen-free, polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components due to its low shrink temperature. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 65°C, and full recovery at 95°C. The tubing is black, RoHS compliant, meets SONY-SS-00259, and passes FMVSS 302 flammability. It offers tensile strength greater than 12 MPa, elongation over 400%, dielectric strength above 20 kV/mm, and no copper corrosion. Packaging is provided in 100-foot lengths for the 2 mm inside diameter variant.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
